Andrea has been a member of Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital since 2015. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, but moved to Georgia with her family shortly after. Andrea is a huge animal lover, and has always wanted to work in the veterinary field. Starting in kennels, she knew she had a passion for animals and wanted to grow with Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. After gaining more experience, she moved up front as a receptionist to help clients and their furry family members. She is a very knowledgeable and attentive receptionist, who can help you with any questions or concerns you may have while visiting our hospital. While she is not at work, she spends her free time with her talented singer daughter Luna, a sweet lab/beagle mix named Yoda, a big lovable mastiff mix named Moose, and a sweet chunky cat name Big Chonky.
Anna has been at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital since 2015. She has always been around animals, and knew she wanted to be a part of the veterinary field at a young age. Starting at kennels she learned to take care of all types of animals. Gaining the experience, she learned how to pet sit, assist doctors, and reception here at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. When she is helping out clients, she always goes to great lengths to make sure our clients and pets are taken care of. She and her fiancée, Joe, currently has many rescue animals.
Alex joined our team in 2020. Being a locally from Chamblee, Georgia, she has always been around dogs. She knew at a young age that she wanted to be involved with animals as well as the medical field. With a degree in medical billing and coding, she applies her education as a receptionist at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. With her sweet smile, she helps clients and pets with any questions they may have, and makes sure they are taken care of. Alex has two pets: a dog named Max and a cat named Ash. When she’s not helping out clients and their pets, she mostly spends her free time at the park with her daughter Riley and spending time with her pets.
Noelle has been a long time receptionist at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital since 2008. Born in Minnesota, she moved to Atlanta to get close to the city, and enjoys the urban culture here. She currently owns six cats, three tarantulas and a couple of Chihuahuas. Before Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital, She gained medical experience as a receptionist at a dental office, but her heart has always been for animals. She also has a pet sitting business so she can take care of animals outside of work. Many of our long term clients adore her and she will always help clients and help pets that are in need. We are happy to have her as a receptionist here at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital.
VETERINARY ASSISTANTS AND TECHNICIANS
Brittany has been at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital since 2015. Being from Hagerstown, Maryland, she was raised in a family that loves golden retrievers. Having the experience in the breed due to her family being breeders, she knew she had a calling for animals. Working her way up in the last 13 ½ years from kennels to being a veterinary assistant, she has proven to be a reliable and wonderful addition to Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. Her and her husband, Thomas, have four happy Golden Retrievers named Mason, Bailey, Oakley, Kona and one cat named Ruby Tuesday who thinks she is a golden retriever herself. They also have a sweet daughter named Skylar who equally loves animals just as much as her parents.
Jess started working here at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital in 2017. Being from Georgia, she grew up with cats and dogs throughout her life. She enjoys all animals especially Chihuahuas! Having first experience as a receptionist, she knew she wanted to be hands on with assisting the doctors. Since Moving to being a vet assistant, she has become a delightful addition to the team. helping our client’s pets with calmness and ease. She has a supporting husband named Jacob who is currently out on duty for the Navy. They share a sweet child named Avery who is a momma’s boy! They also have four dogs named Muse, Eleanor, Walter, and Pixie!
Ishbak has been working at Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital since 2020. Being born in Lima Peru, he learned from watching his parents give the value of hard work and always gets the job done. While obtaining his nursing license in Puerto Rico, he has always wanted to be part of the medical field. Having the knowledge and experience to help humans, he also applies his education to helping animals as well. He will always strive to be the best at what he does, which makes him an outstanding addition to Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital. Having him as your veterinary assistant, he will make sure your pet is fully taken care of! Outside of work, he has a sweet 13 year old Maltese Mix named Nikky.
Daisy joined Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital in 2020. She is a local native from Atlanta, Georgia. Loving animals all her life, she knew she wanted to be involved in the veterinary field. As a kennel technician, she puts value and pride in her job making sure every pet gets taken care of, regardless of the needs of the pet. She has experience with young kittens and puppies as well as geriatrics pets so she understands the special care each pet needs. She currently owns two cats and one dog. During her down time she enjoys adventuring.
